Thintanks North America Inc. Shipping Policy

We use a 3rd party freight company to ship your items.  Once your order confirmation is received, we will procure a shipment quote and communicate this with you in your final invoice.

Note, that delivery delays can occasionally occur.  We will make our best effort to communicate any delays and keep you updated.

Delivery Addresses

Thintanks North America Inc. delivers to addresses within Canada and the U.S.  We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  All orders must have a physical address.

Certain carriers may have restrictions on deliveries to remote, rural or areas that are difficult to access.

In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered to your address, we will endeavour to arrange for shipment to a mutually agreeable transfer location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, complete with carrier information/tracking number.

Thintanks North America Inc. reserves the right to contact a Customer via telephone/email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Customer’s correct name and address) that is needed to coordinate product delivery.  All sales are final.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes.  These will appear on your final invoice.

Damages

If you have received a damaged order, please contact Thintanks North America Inc. to file a claim.

Please prepare photographic evidence of the damage, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
